Car Accident FAQs
When you have an injury claim, you are going to find yourself struggling with several different questions that have a significant impact upon your future. Do you know where to go to get help? You probably have never needed an attorney before, and you might not even know what to talk about when you finally sit down with someone to discuss your case.
At the Law Office of William R. Kendall, I have helped many Nevada families achieve a successful resolution to their personal injury claims. I handle all of the work connected to these cases, and I have over two decades of experience in personal injury law.
I wanted to provide some basic information and car accident FAQs that I receive about car accident cases. I encourage you to reach out to me for more specific guidance regarding your claims.
Do You Have A Case?
This is a very difficult question that I get from most of my clients, and unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all answer. I sit down with you to help you figure out if you have a case. You may not even realize the potential options that are available, so I welcome the opportunity to help you determine the best options for you.
What Are Your Claims Worth?
There is no way to answer this without taking the time to analyze your situation. For example, I have to see what type of accident claims you have. Were you injured in a motor vehicle accident or slip-and-fall? I then must review the injuries that you suffered in the accident. How much has the care cost so far? Will you need additional treatment in the future?
All of this will go into the determination of the value of your claims. You will be able to talk to me, an experienced personal injury attorney, to learn more about your claims. I will develop a strategy that helps you pursue the maximum compensation that is available to you.
How Long Will This Process Take?
The answer to this question is, again, it depends. The type of case, the amount of evidence available to me, the type and duration of your medical care and the insurance company involved may all impact the time it takes to resolve your case. The more evidence that I can obtain to support your case, the better chance I have of reaching a successful outcome.
